User Agreement & Acknowledgment of Responsibility

Please read and accept this agreement to create your TCDesk.ai account. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. TCDesk assists you — it does not replace you
You agree and understand that TCDesk.ai is a software tool built to assist you. It does not replace you, your brokerage, or your professional judgment, and you remain ultimately responsible for every step of every transaction you handle on the platform.
2. You are responsible for reviewing every document
It is your job to thoroughly review every contract, addendum, and document in your transactions. The platform can identify clerical errors, omissions, and inconsistencies to assist you, but you remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every contract detail — every party, price, date, deadline, and term — against the actual ratified documents.
3. Every action requires your approval
Every step this platform takes on a transaction — including sending documents or communications — is gated by your explicit approval before it occurs. By approving an action you confirm that you have reviewed it and authorize it as the responsible licensed agent.
4. Beta acknowledgment
If you join during a beta period, you understand that the platform is under active development and can contain errors or produce incorrect output. You agree to be especially diligent while using the platform during beta — and to remain diligent at all times.
5. Communication log
You understand and agree that a time- and date-stamped log of every email and text message sent or received through the platform is kept for each transaction and is available for review. This log exists to protect you and your clients as a record of what was communicated and when.
6. Intellectual property and your license
You understand and agree that the software, processes, designs, prompts, and workflows of this platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your own business. You are explicitly prohibited from copying the platform, reverse engineering it, or using AI bots or any automated means to duplicate or replicate the platform or any part of it.
7. Acceptance
Clicking “I Agree” records your acceptance of this agreement, including the version and the date and time of acceptance. This agreement is part of your contract with TCDesk.ai together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
